I have enclosed a cheque payable to 'Dr & Mrs Savage' for the deposit amount 30% of booking total - balance to be paid 2 months prior to start of holiday along with separate £200 cleaning deposit cheque. This will be destroyed accordingly after your stay.

Thank you for your booking, we will acknowledge receipt of your cheque and booking once the payment has cleared. The mailing of the booking confirmation will constitute an acceptance of your booking and at that stage a binding contract will be entered into with you upon the terms set out and referred to in this booking form.
